The world of the Clans is now just a shadowy memory in some cats. In others, it is a legacy that has to be revived. No matter what, cats that live around the lake have a new, ever changing destiny. Some Clan cats remain, now loners or living in small groups. Others have started to reform their way of life. No matter which path a cat chooses, the lake is changing. Will the clans be brought back, or will their remains be scattered, just a nursery tale? Who knows? It rests on the shoulders of a small group of cats.
